Well Gustav completely devastated my little town. We are still with out power. It has been 1 week so far. But we are OK.

Lost phones last night, they came back on about 4PM.

Power company estimates 2-4 weeks until power is fully restored.

It is a mess. The lines along the road look like a spaghetti mess of power lines.

Well it seems the worst is past for now. Hopefully it is done for us.

We are still waiting for the wind to settle down. Still gusts up to 60 or so.
